Missing prices

I am missing all the prices.
I have logged in - but no matter which market I choose it look like this:

Hi Yes I have had this occasionally. including with 99l. Closing program and restarting seemed to fix it???

We know log ins have been dodgy recently. It seems random and is certain to a problem at betfairs end.

I had it happen yesterday.
It seems you just have to persevere. It took 5 or 6 attempts to get prices in one session but it worked eventually. All with nothing different at my end.

just a thought...

Do you have anything blocking data that may be coming in such as zonealarm?

Just wondering if the data is being blocked from accessing your system - may need to allow BA to use the internet or something.

Never had this problem, but it may be worth looking at.

Thank you for the suggestion. I actually do run ZoneAlarm.
However - when I disable ZA the data are still missing.

More info:

I am using Windows XP Pro, SP2. Danish version (fresh install)
Betfair: Danish language and currency DKK.
Timezome CET

I don't know if that could have some affect?

More info

I un-installed Betfair Trader and installed again.
Prices came up fine - but as soon I perform a login prices are not updating anymore.
If I select a different market - all prices are gone :?

I'm trying to help you with version 0.99m. The program will create a file named Refresh_error_log.txt in the folder where the program is installed if it cannot update the prices. If you see anything in this file then please email it to me. The program is usually installed in c:\program files\Betfair Trader.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
