BA Freezing

Over the last couple of months there have been occasions when I've clicked on the price to place a bet but the confirm bet box doesn't appear and the programme seems to freeze and I have to use ctl alt del to close it down.

I had noticed that if I changed to another profile it would then work again but today I tried that and it does the same on the spare profile too.

I'm stuck without BA so would be grateful for any help.

The dialog is displaying off screen. When it is displayed the rest of the application cannot respond to input which is normal, but because the dialog is not visible it appears to be frozen. To fix this restart BA and select "Reset place bet popup position" from the options menu.

Are you doing anything to cause it to appear off screen that you can think of? If you have multiple monitors and drag the dialog to another monitor it will remember it's position and display on the other monitor next time you place a bet. If the other monitor is not being used you will get this problem.

Ahaa...That's why it always seems to happen on Tuesday's when I don't have my other monitor:)

Thanks for answering that. I'll make sure I only close the programme down when it's on the main screen in future.
