How I can reload new picklist automatically

How I can reload new picklist automatically using excel triggers eq. in the morning 07.00 AM and UK Win Horse races. I know these triggers, but I need excel VBA ....

Thanks, but I have tried it and it doesn't work in my computer. Have anyone test it with excel 2007 just now?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software
