Will BA let me do this?

I would like to place a BACK bet at BFSP, as long as my minimum odds are met and then when the race goes in running detect wheter the back bet was placed and at what odds so I could place a LAY order at a percentage of the BFSP price.

Hi,

You can back at BFSP setting minimum odds with the Tick Offset feature enabled.
And in the Tick Offset options you can specify % difference from the matched odds of the back bet.
Make sure you set the Tick Offset before submitting the back bet.
And you will need to keep the market open until the offset lay bet has been submitted which would happen when the market turns in play and the BFSP is reconciled.
