Bot to catch fast dropping odds

Anyone have any kind of idea to make bot that catch the fast dropping odds that we see in some races, resulting from big stakes from sharks in the markets...???

Humm...I don´t think so...

I need a bot that make a back order in horses who have odds that dropp very fast and win...

Same times we see a horse with odd like 6.0 and in 1 second the odds go to 1.4 (for example) and than the horse wins...

So, when we see very fast dropping odds, it means that the horse will probably win...

So i would like to have a bot that identify this fast dropping odds and catch them until the horses win...

Can anyone help me?

The problem is by the time your bot see's the odds drop it's likely any value has long gone so you'll be fully matched on losers but possibly partially matched at poor odds on the winners depending on your criteria.

Plus cross matching creates lots of large odds swings in farily illiquid markets so you may have lots of false firing bets. Not saying don't give it a go but don't be surprised if it's not the holy grail you thought it'd be. It's always hard for bots to get value when they're reacting to events in a fast moving market with a one second delay and competing against people at the track who're reacting to the event rather than the odds.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
