Missing results

hi I've just checked my results sheet and there are results missing they have a bet ref but no other details except it says result not available I've tried updating the results myself using -6. However its now more then an hour after the last race and it still says just the bet ref and no other details except result not available. Does anyone know why this is happening? Im using version
1.1.0.66x84

Did you check the Betfair website to see if it was definitely settled?

Probably not that silly Gary, I've seen plenty occasions where they've taken ages to settle especially when they're cocked up non runners and manually settle, stewards, overseas stuff etc. Might be best to mention which races are missing if happens again.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
