The complex life of weight appreviations

Ever being foxed by those complex appreviations that appear behind the weight in racecards ? I have being, and am still - so time to appear stupid - and ask a question :oops:

Can anyone enlighten me on the meaning of the following appreviations appearing in SpL cards behind the weight :-

t, b, t1, v1, h, b1, bt, p, pt, be, hb, pt, bet, ht

t = tongue tie
b = blinkers
h = hood (?)
p = cheekpieces

not sure what e would be.

Where the is a 1 suffix it means that the horse is wearing the equipment for the first time.

There could also be v for visor.

e could be earplugs but I don't think they are used very often.
