betting assistant for betdaq not showing all greyhound races

Postby dflowe » Fri Feb 01, 2013 8:43 pm

Hi I have checked this for a couple of days now and find that betting assistant for betdaq does not show all the dog races. I downloaded the latest version today and tried again......stil the same. Is there a problem with the api for betdaq? has anyone else seen this? is it only me?

How far in advance are you looking? I don't think they add the markets very far in advance. Next time you see this check the website. If the markets are there then try clicking the refresh button above the market tree and see if they appear.

Hi Garry I have done it at 17 30 and the last 2 races are missing 2144 and 22.00
when I wrote yesterday I had loaded all uk races at aprox 11.00 I was a bit late but 2 of the meeting were missing. not just a couple of races like today......but could be seen on betdaq. so I am stumped right now why that should be....I will reload the quickpick list in a couple hours and see if the last 2 races are on.....just to check the betdaq slow therory.....just looked on betdaq and the 2 missing races are NOT on there list.......why do they do that? surely they know the race is there......[/img]

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
