Can any of the below be achieved? I have greyhound meetings in seperate tabs linking to sperate sheets in excel

I would like Ba to

1. Always select first race in quick pick list across all tabs
2. Select auto select market 1 minute before off across all tabs
3. Have a slow refresh rate upto around 1 minute before the race is active across all sheets.
4. Is it possible to get the meeting name sent to a results sheet?

That should say seperate sheets within the same workbook

Hi Mate

I have tried that but i'm a bit confused with it.

Heres my scenario

I have BA set to load all greyhound meetings in different tabs in default and then i have to manually link the tabs to my sheets with different tabs in it and set the auto select at 1 minute before the off.
When i have tried the multi link the part that confuses me is i select my sheet and meeting name but the quick pick list says 0 items and if i select uk greyhound winners will that load all the meetings in the quick pick list on all my tabs instead of just the individual meetings?
What would i need to change to make this work?

Also can anyone give me a formula to slow my refresh rate right down until a minute before the off or when the next race is auto selected?
