It is with sadness I have today withdrawn all my funds from my Betfair account - I have finally given up with Betfair as I cannot tolerate any longer the errors (small to large) I encounter on an almost daily basis from the the supposed No 1 provider.
I am hoping that Betdaq under the ownership of Ladbrokes might instill some competion and raise the quality of service provided, as an 85% to 90% uptime is not good enough for those of us who are depending on such service providers
Gary, you have dedicated a liftime to BA and thankfully you have a backup in Betdaq which means I will continue to subscribe if Betdaq can provide half decent liquidity.
Gary, you need to be concerned that the numerous and constant failures of Betfair may have a real impact on your business to the extent that people like myself and others will give up entirely relying upon those providers who proclaim to offer much but ultimatley let you down on a regular basis.
Gary, I am getting on a bit in age, and as someone who has spent at least 30 years in the IT Industry I have seen the market leader programs/company's such as WordPerfect, WordStar, IBM and Internet Explorer fall from grace, I am recognising similar warning signs of failure with Betfair.
Gary, your business depends on Betfair / Betdaq being able to deliver. Please make your voice heard.
