Problem with "MyBets" tab

Postby Jake » Sun Apr 21, 2013 6:10 pm

Hi,

I have a problem wit the "MyBets" tab. Somewehere here in the froum I read that the "MyBets" tab should show all bets I can see in the bet manager.
Unfortunately this isn't working with my sheet. The "MyBets" tab only shows a bet in line 2. If there another bet it's also shown in line 2 and deletes the first bet.

Could it be that this has something to do with the fact that I'm logging prices from 4 pages? On page 1 I have all UK Win markets, on page 2 all UK place markets and on page 3 and 4 the IRE win and place markets. For each page I log the current prices to Excel.

Do I have to open a "MyBets" tab for each page?

It would be great if someone can help me out of this...

Thanks,

Jake.

The help files explain that:

"If you provide a worksheet named MyBets then all current bets for the market will be logged to this worksheet.

If you are logging multiple markets to multiple worksheets in the same workbook then you must prefix MyBets with the worksheet name and an underscore eg. Sheet1_MyBets"

@Northview

Thanks for the hint. If you believe me or not...I read the help file but I somehow must overread it.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
