Where has the option for tick offset that usually pops up in cusom columns when using the liability feature?

Hi,

I don't understand what you are asking.

What are you trying to set in Custom Columns?

I go into cus cols and select liability of 500 ans select current odds. Usually at this stage a further option appears to allow me to place my bets so many ticks higher than what a being displayed in the current price boxes. That option does not appear.

Hi,

What version of the software are you using?

You probably need to get the Beta version.

Hi,

If you downloaded from our main website then you didn't get the Beta version, you would have got our latest official version.

The Beta has only been made available via this Forum.

Here is the download link:-

Uninstalled and downloaded the version you linked but still nothing. Very confusing!! I hope you understand what I am saying. If the current price box is a lay at 2.0, I want my lay price to go in at say 2.20.. 20 ticks. The option that usually appears to allow me to do this does not appear.

Also Mark have noticed that the 12 stake boxes just to the right of the countdown clock do not go shaded when selected.

Hi,

Can you confirm the version number you have now, it should be displayed in the title bar at the top of the Betting Assistant screen?

Mark

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
