Want to copy data to excel with betfair trader. How?

Hi,

I would like to know how can I save all the odds from a game, since its beggining until the game starts. I'm using Betfair Trader and It was said that I should use the tool is "Log individual price" on "Excel" menu. I have excel opened and still doesn't work.
Please help.

What yo can do is actually record odds using BA instead. But have you found a way for this?
