Ahh, I didn't know it was integrated with BA.
Are there instructions for using bladder?

in the words of Mr Miagi

'paint the fence'

I've not seen any instructions for it's use. If you read the whole thread you might get enough info to use it, and see any warnings (not trying to put you off) regarding it's use.

Danielson, Wax on Wax Off

Mr Splash is right. There's no real instructions for use, but it should be quite intuative. There's a preferences sheet where you can change the values of the default stake buttons, so you can even set them to 1 to 10 - whatever floats your boat.

Essentially its like watching one selection's values, and each button will fire in a bet at whatever stake you've set at whatever price you click. Have a mess and try to bet under the minial amount and you see what the bLaDeR does by moving it to the left or right and looking at the spreadsheet underneath - you will usually see an error in the bet tracker. Read the first couple of pages of the thread, theres some good advice and info.

Good Luck!

The bladder is not really for automating in the true sense of the meaning, but serves as a different view of the market. There is a Hedge button, that "greens" up any profit or spreads any losses across all the selections.

I am currently working on a "standalone" application (VB6) that will work much the same way as the current Excel version, but a little quicker as there is much less code. It still relies on the Excel feed though and I hope to release it pretty soon.

matt988 - something is preventing macros running in your Excel, so it is trying to open in design mode instead, and so asks you for a password. You don't need a password, as this would let you see the code. Instead, you need to enable macros.

In my version of Excel, you do: Tools -> Options -> Security Tab -> 'Macro Security...' button
Then set the level to Medium. Now when you open an Excel spreadsheet with macros, it will ask you whether you want to enable them - choose 'enable'.

Ask again if iut still doesn't work

When I open this program, I have a message "erreur d'éxécution '1004':la méthode 'Worksheets' de l'objet '_Global' a échoué" so I'm obliged to click on "end" and the program is close.

Why??

Thanks :D

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
