Problem understanding chart

Postby Macafeu » Tue Apr 01, 2014 4:42 pm

Hello, i have a question about the charts. I am trying to see the candlestick chart in the horseracing, i was expecting to see the candles forming the chart but i can only see one candle that forms and then goes away and strats a new one and i can't see the previous one. How can i see the chart with all the candles?

Still the chart

Postby Macafeu » Tue Apr 01, 2014 7:15 pm

Thanks for the help, but i still have problems. When i right click on the chart the options are diferent from the ones i see in the video. The version of the program that i have is 1.1.0.65z9c, i don't know if it has something to do with that. When i right click on the chart it only appears a window of chart preferences that does not allow me to do things i see in the video.

Hi,

Ok, you need to download our Beta version, it has the more advanced charting as seen in the video.

Here is the download link:-

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
