chart at end of race

Since I installed new version chart at end of race not showing in running activity , just up to the off stats ,

When you initially log in, make sure you have "Login to website" ticked.

I'm currently using version 1.1.0.66x85 and recently I have experienced issues with the in running prices for horseracing.

Sometimes the chart shows the in running data but other times it does not.

In that version the option is in Preferences under the General tab.

"Allow website login"

Hi,

That box has always been ticked but now the post race stats do not always appear.

This been the case for about 3 weeks now.

Sorted now I've downloaded the latest BA version.

This intermittent problem has returned even though the latest version has been installed and the relevant box is ticked at login.

Hi,

There is no point trying to find out what the problem is for you in this version as very soon we will be releasing another new version that uses the new API.
So we will see if the problem persists in the new API version which doesn't need the separate website login.
