Tipster Services

Postby tomfla » Fri Jan 30, 2015 3:49 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else here has received an e-mail in the past week or so from a tipster service called 'Prodict'.

I received one such e-mail, it was offering 30 days of their service for 50GBP. From then on it is 500GBP for three months.

Does anyone know of this firm, has anyone else dealt with them, are their fees high or low compared to others.

Any advise or help would be great.

Thanks.

Don't bother with tipsters who come to you. The only ones who are any good are usually fully subscribed and won't take more subscribers because it will destroy prices for their existing ones.

I thought that as well.

The guy seemed genuine but came to me with an offer. Then he improved the offer and has mailed me twice to see if I was interested.

My gut instinct says to pass and not someone else does as well.

Thanks

Tipsters make their money selling tips not betting

Most of the times, I've seen tips that are really bad. That's just the way they really work from what I've seen.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
