NO TENNIS SCORES

Since the last update I can no longer get any tennis scores.

Tennis Scores are definitely working in the new version.
How are you viewing the scores, i.e. from the Market Menu or via Excel?

I'm viewing from the market view. The pop up works but no names or scores. Maybe I should try reinstalling BA?

no luck for me too
from menu/market/tennis scores
I uninstalled ba and install it again but nothing changed
It shows just the headers :players,sets,games etc

How can it be linked to excel?
I didn't see any options

Hi,

The matches you were viewing the scores for were definitely In Play at the time?

To view in the scores in Excel, select "Tennis Scores" from the Additional Columns List when you first start logging to Excel.

Were you viewing the prices for the markets? It only shows scores for markets currently open.

I understand now. As of the last 4 or 5 days, only minor matches have the scores facility. Where as before this period almost all the matches had it.
Sad really. Today there are two big matches Murray and Wawrinka------no scores for either. You can tell by just loading the quickpick list with scores available only.

Today, ATP world finals. Murray v Nadal . 2pm. Of course it's on their schedule! but I can see there will be no scores

Apologies again today. There was an error in parsing the API data. It was not in the correct format so failed before it could read all the available matches. I haven't seen that before so it might be a one off. I have changed it to ignore the invalid data. I will release an auto update tomorrow, but in the meantime you can install version 1.3.0.27b from the link below.
