Disrupted Quick Pick List

Postby tsiri » Sun Feb 03, 2019 12:38 pm

Hi Guys

Is ther any fix code for events as yesterday when times of all races at a meeting were altered 30 mins?
Altenatively does moving each meeting to seperate tab avoid problems?

My bots can't handle this and its crash for the day! Although pretty rare I would like to sort it out if you can help.

Thanks

I've got issues too.

The quick pick search function is not returning any markets for anything. All my criteria i've been using for the past year (so I know are correct) are no longer pulling any markets.

Please urgently address this.

Hi,

Apologies there is a fix for this.
Please uninstall via Windows Control Panel and then install using the following link:-

Clearly some issues with the API at the moment which might be impacting this but the ability to drag and drop markets into quick pick lists isn't working in the newest version for me.

Hi,

We are looking into this.
I don't think it is an API issue.

Cheers Mark. The Search markets function is functioning so that's a viable work around for me atm

Hi,

The drag & drop feature is now fixed.
If you had already previously manually installed version 1.3.0.40 then please uninstall via Windows Control Panel and then re-install via the following link:-

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
