Hi,

Put the Proxy credentials in your internet options under LAN settings.

The software should pick it up from there when you open it.

Hi,

You can add the proxy credentials to a new desktop shortcut with additional parameters.

Try it this way.

Create a new desktop shortcut that points to "Betting Assistant.exe"
E.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Betting Assistant\Betting Assistant.exe"

Then amend the shortcut to add the proxy parameters:-
E.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Betting Assistant\Betting Assistant.exe" -proxyserver:server address -proxyuserid:user id -proxypassword:password (optional) -proxyport:port number

Run the software from this new shortcut

Since recent changes to 1.3.0.40 / 41 I have not been able to get excel update off quick pick list (both PC and Laptop)

I get constant error log; Excel is busy
&
System.Null Reference Exception. Object Variable or With block variable not set.


How to resolve please?

I have also just linked the standard download sheet Next_Market_Trigger and that doesn't run for me either?

Update; Today I downloaded a clean copy of Next_Market_Trigger.

This is the basic Worksheet_Change link sheet I have used on my excel books with some added code.


Logged on version 1.3.0.40

clean Next_Market_Trigger sheet is correctly live linked but does not run through Quick pick list.

I need advice to resolve this please?

Hi,

I presume you mean our example spreadsheet that uses -1 in Q2 to select the next market at 10 seconds before the scheduled start time of the current market.

I've just download it and tested it and it's working fine.

I would recommend trying a re-install of the software just to rule that out.

Uninstall via Windows Control Panel and then install via the following link:-
