Yes.. Layit sorted that bit out good style but there was another slight glitch. I think he's gonna spend a bit a time on it rather than just keep rushing out stuff. Top man!!

Version 0.89 is here. Internet Explorer is history! If your version does not update itself when you next reopen it then uninstall, download from the website and re-install.

There is now a tick box for verify bets which is on by default. To cancel bets click the 'X' net to the selection name in the bets manager at the bottom of the screen. To update bets click on the selection odds in the bets manager.

Layit, I think I found the first bug in the new version. Try and load up single game markets for baseball and NBA basketball. You'll know what I mean if you compare the results with a browsers results.

Apple Pie. Do you mean just with the market navigation? I didn't spot that. I'll fix it as soon as I can.

Layit, if you go to baseball>MLB> then all you see on the software is World Series Winner. If you do the same on a browser you see a large list of selections including today and tomoz fixtures. The same thing with the NBA.

Where are the betting Manager options?
Where are the 'Help Menus'?

Bit confused here...

The logout does not work yet. There are you happy? It makes no difference how many times you log in so closing the program without logging out will make absolutely no difference, but I'm sure you will tell me that it will. Why are you using my program when you've got one that you wrote yourself? Can't you log into Betfair through Explorer and have a look at your account details. All these functions will be added in due time. The main thing is that you can place bets and fast.

You keep saying that you are not being critical, but the lack of these functions does not make the program useles.

I don't use them.

What I DO use is placing bets and P&L on a market.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
