Auto refresh auto markets

We use the auto select markets for horse racing and I wondered if Gruss was able to refresh the list if i left it on 24/7. At the moment I have to close the tab, refresh the markets and then connect the auto markets again. Can Gruss essentially change the quick pick list to todays races when it hits 00:00 for instance?
