Quick pick list not loading automatically

Hi
In the Quick pick list/ Market tab there is a section where it says you can exclude certain names if you enter the string name in the provided space, so I entered
a name but nothing appeared to change in the Quick pick list. Not sure what I did wrong but now the Quick pick list won't auto load on start up or even using the
Market tab, only way I can populate the list is by dropping and dragging from the Market tree. Does anyone have any solutions have tried re installing BA
but same thing.

Hi,

What name did you put in the exclude box?
And did you subsequently remove what you had put there?

I put in the word CANT which was the abbreviation for one of the race meetings here.

Ok, I did the same and have not seen the same problem so not sure what has happened.

You can reset the software back to factory settings but all preferences that you may have changed will be lost and will need to be set up again.

To do this, go to the Options Menu and select 'Open Settings Folder'
A File Explorer Window will open where you will see a file named user.config which is the file that stores all your settings.
So close Betting Assistant and then delete user.config
Re-start Betting Assistant and a new user.config will be created with default settings.
