how to count placed bets in excel?

As we all know betfair is charging when in 1 hour interval more than 1000 transactions is placed.

So can i somehow get counter of placed bet to know for sure how much i placed bets, did someone manage to do it already?
often have under4euros bets so i believe they count as two placed bets so can't be for sure how much i placed..

I haven't found a workaround for this, but I did read in another thread that Gary is considering a counter in a future update.

If that is still the case, it is a feature I'd really like to see as well.

Would be useful if shown in excel, if in cell O2 part of the trigger would be =IF(O2<1000..etc
If you submit bets below the minimum £2 and are constantly cancelling bets and re-submitting
I would imagine during the hour you could quite easily get close to the 1000 mark.
The Cell O2 for example will have to be reset each hour to zero to work properly.
