Bug Fixes

•	Fixed bug where Fill or Kill was not cancelling bets if the market where the bet was placed was no longer open.
•	Fixed bug where stake could not be increased.

Minor New Features

•	Cell P1 in Excel now contains the market version from the API. Here is the definition from the API documentation:- "The version of the market.The version increments whenever the market status changes, for example, turning in-play, or suspended when a goal score."
•	Restored the Wallet Transfer feature that was lost with the conversion to API-NG
•	Added option to popup ladder to display overround. Can be enabled by right clicking the title bar.
•	Added optional eventid parameter to COM cancelBet() function. If the eventid is not supplied then the eventid of the current open market is used in the API cancelOrders request.
