Bug Fixes

•	Fixed bug where an invalid market used with the Excel GO: trigger would cause the software to get stuck in a loop refreshing markets. It now puts INVALID_MARKET in Q2
•	Fixed bug where Conditional Bets were triggered even when odds where zero resulting in an error instead of not triggering when there were no offers.
•	Removed Betfair website Coupon Menu because it can no longer be retrieved from the new Betfair website.

Minor New Features

•	Added New Zealand Greyhound Win & Place markets to Add to Quick Pick List options. Excel load triggers are -3.44 and -3.45 respectively.
•	Added filter by time option to Coupon Markets Menu.

Cosmetic Change

•	PERSONAL.XLSB is now excluded from list of worksheets available to link to.
