Added option in TPD Preferences to Kill existing market subscriptions on connect.

This option is recommended if your TPD subscription only allows one concurrent connection.

Do not use this option if you are using TPD in multiple applications or instances of Betting Assistant at the same time and have a TPD subscription that allows multiple connections.

Added option to specify the horse length in CM that is used to plot position on grid.

It was previously fixed at 240 and now the default is 240 and it can be changed.

Added option to display lengths back from leader in TPD metrics list in Custom Columns

Jockey silks and metadata (e.g. jockey name, trainer name etc.) are available for horse racing markets in Market Replay, where available.

The data is available from 1st January 2023 onwards.
