Fixed bug where bets placed with -IPX trigger could be placed in play if placed just as market turning in play.

It now checks market status after bet placement and cancels bet if necessary.

Fixed bug where the -5 Q2 trigger (select first market in quick pick) would fail if list was empty and then subsequently populated.

It now waits until list is populated.
