Yes, it's possible, but you will need a separate subscription.

1) If you have never used the 2nd account with BA before then you will get a 30 day trial so don't subscribe until after the trial period. When you are ready to subscribe just visit http://www.gruss-software.co.uk and click on the subscribe link at the top of the page.

2) Log in to your first account as normal then launch BA again. It will prompt you to enter a profile name for the second account. This can be any name you want. It will initially copy the settings from your default profile. The profile is just where it stores your preferences eg. default stakes.

If it didn't ask you for a profile then there may have been a spare profile so it has just used that one. Underneath where you enter your password can you see "Profile" with a drop down list to the right? What does it show in the drop down? If it's something other then "Default" then everything is ok, it's using a profile that was already set up previously which means you must have opened multiple instances some time previously. Just enter your username and password for the 2nd account.

Do you get the same error with the 2nd username if you close all instances of BA then open BA again and login with the 2nd username on that first instance?

Sorry forget that. I know what that error message is. You need to register the 2nd account with us. Visit http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/downloads.asp , click on the download button, enter your details and click the download button. It will then display a download link, but you don't need to click on that as all you needed to do was register.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
