Cannot log in.

Hi

BA working fine. Un-installed some other stuff and now cannot login to BA. Un-installed BA and reinstalled but same issue. See attached pic. Is there a profile lurking somewhere that needs deleting?

This running on Macbook Pro - Vmware - XP.

No issues till now so obviously I have moved deleted something. Not too PC savvy so anyone suggest anything I can check out. Have tried the Un-install followed by restart but still same issue.

Appreciate any guidance.

Hi,

That is the normal log in screen.
Enter your Betfair Username and Password and click on OK.
What happens is there an error message?

You don't need to worry about the Profiles bit unless you are planning on running multiple instances of Betting Assistant on the same PC.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
