This displays the number of transactions (bets) that have been made in the hour. 

At the start of each new hour the counter is reset to 0.

If the number of transactions exceeds 5000 in any hour then each transaction above this limit will be subject to Betfair's Transaction Charges.

Please be aware that the software will not throttle excess requests so you should manage this yourself.
